Salary
€850–1800/month net

Your responsibilities:

• Active search for new B2B clients and building long-term relationships with existing business clients;

• Servicing existing B2B clients (visits) and identifying opportunities for additional sales;

• Understanding clients’ needs and offering the most suitable solutions;

• Achieving sales targets and ensuring results;

• Monitoring the market and competitors, seeking new business opportunities;

• Collaborating with colleagues from other departments to ensure clients receive the best service.

We expect you to have:

• Experience in sales or the automotive parts sector (an advantage);

• Strong communication and negotiation skills;

• Result orientation and the ability to plan work independently;

• A driving license (category B).

You will be responsible for:

• Organizing branch operations – from receiving auto parts to delivering them to the client;

• Serving B2B clients in the branch and resolving inquiries efficiently;

• Supervising cash operations and ensuring accurate settlements;

• Coordinating the work of service managers and drivers and assisting in solving arising issues;

• Developing and motivating the team to achieve good results;

• Ensuring compliance with order, cleanliness, and safety rules in the branch.

We expect that you have:

• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills;

• Good technical knowledge of cars;

• Higher education (management/technical);

• Ability to build a team, delegate tasks, and maintain a positive work atmosphere;

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office).

Salary

Your responsibilities:

• Efficient management and planning of Last Mile transport routes;

• Administration of the vehicle fleet, contracts, and rentals;

• Monitoring and optimizing transport costs and services;

• Entering data and ensuring accuracy in the business management system;

• Communicating with departments, suppliers, service, and rental partners.

We expect you to have:

• Work experience in transport management, car rental, or fleet management;

• Higher education (logistics/transport/management);

• Ability to manage vehicle documentation and contract administration (insurance, road taxes, car sales, purchases, etc.);

• Knowledge of English (Russian – advantage);

• Excellent computer skills (MS Office), experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAVISION (or similar).
